Dr. Tran is the author of “Vietnam’s Strategic Adjustments and US Policy” (Survival 64, no. 6, 77–90). Previously, Farid designed and managed innovation programs at the Department of Defense’s National Security Innovation Network (NSIN-DIU), bringing together military, academic, and entrepreneurial leaders to solve complex defense challenges. He also served as Managing Editor of the International Public Management Journal, and worked closely with faculty on negotiation and public management studies at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
